Getting started
How to Use the Chicken Salad Chick Nutrition Calculator
- 01
Pick a flavor.
Start with a scoop from the chicken salad or pimento cheese list. Limited time flavors are marked LTO.
- 02
Choose how it's served.
A scoop on its own, or on croissant, wheat or white bread. Add lettuce and tomato, bacon, crackers or a pickle spear if that's how you order.
- 03
Add sides, soup, dessert and a drink.
Soups have separate cup and bowl sizes. Drinks come in 12, 24 and 32 oz.
- 04
Read the total.
The dashboard shows the full meal, and the Nutrition Facts label shows the % Daily Value based on 2,000 calories, using the FDA Daily Values.
A quick example: a Classic Carol scoop on a croissant comes to 630 calories, 41 g fat, 860 mg sodium and 28 g protein. Switch the croissant for crackers and the same meal drops to 445 calories.
From the data
Things I Didn't Expect in the Official Numbers
I entered every row of the August 2026 guide into this tool by hand, and a few things stood out that you won't see on the menu board.
- Most of the calories in the chicken salad come from fat. Classic Carol gets 310 of its 410 calories from fat, about 76%. That's the mayo. People sometimes look for a Chicken Salad Chick nutrition calculator no mayo setting, but the mayo is already mixed into every flavor before it's scooped, so there's no mayo-free version to count. The flavors themselves (fruit, pecans, jalapeños) change the numbers far less than you'd expect.
- The bread matters more than the flavor. The gap between the lightest core flavor (Fruity Fran, 330) and the heaviest (Cranberry Kelli, 450) is 120 calories. Wheat or white bread alone adds 280.
- Pimento cheese lists gluten and wheat. The chicken salads don't. If you're avoiding gluten, that's the first swap to watch.
- Soup bowls are the sodium trap. Every bowl on the menu has 1,100 mg or more, and the Chicken Poblano bowl hits 1,540 mg.
- The cake slices are a full meal. One slice of Red Velvet or White Chocolate cake is 1,250 calories, more than three scoops of Fruity Fran.
- Older nutrition sites still show outdated values. A few apps list Classic Carol at 400 calories. The current guide says 410 with 22 g protein.

The official guide is not a Chicken Salad Chick ingredients PDF. It lists allergens, not full recipes, so ask the store if you need a specific ingredient checked.
About soy and the mayo: Chicken Salad Chick uses Duke's Mayonnaise. It contains highly refined soybean oil, and the chain explains that the refining process removes the soy protein that causes reactions. Under the Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act (FALCPA), highly refined oils are exempt from allergen labeling. That's why most chicken salad flavors are not flagged for soy. No sulfites are added to any item, though some ingredients may contain natural sulfites.
For gluten-free eaters: every chicken salad flavor is free of gluten and wheat on paper. The bread, crackers, pimento cheese, most soups, pasta salad and most chips are not. Order your scoop on greens and pick Fresh Fruit, Grape Salad or Broccoli Salad as the side. Because of shared kitchen space, people with celiac disease should talk to the store before ordering.

Chicken Salad Chick Nutrition Guide PDF
Chicken Salad Chick publishes its nutrition and allergy information as a six page PDF. The version this calculator uses is dated August 3, 2026 and covers chicken salad flavors, LTO flavors, pimento cheese, sandwiches, sides and chips, soups, kids meals, sweet treats, drinks and a full allergen chart.
People often search for a Chicken Salad Chick nutrition calculator PDF, but the official file is a static chart. It's fine for looking up one item, but it doesn't add anything up for you, and the allergen chart sits on separate pages from the calorie data. Everything above is the same data in one place, with the combos already worked out. If you want a paper copy, download the official Chicken Salad Chick nutrition PDF straight from the chain.
The original is linked from the official Chicken Salad Chick website. When the chain releases a new guide, we update the calculator and the date at the top of this page.
