The Vision

Nutritional data,
treated like a
luxury movement.

Nutrition Calc exists for one reason: fast food shouldn't be a nutritional black box. We turn franchise menus into transparent, live-calculating macro systems — so the discipline you bring to your goals meets data worthy of it.

How we think

Four principles, no compromise

Precision over persuasion

We don't sell diets or motivation. Every number comes from the brand's own published nutrition data. We add it up for you; we don't adjust, model or guess it. The calculator is a lab instrument, not a lifestyle coach.

Live, not static

Most nutrition tools hand you a fixed table. Ours recalculates with every tap — calories and macros roll like an odometer so you see the cost of each decision before you order.

Independent & honest

We're not affiliated with any brand. That independence means no menu item gets favorable treatment — the sauce that hides 100 calories is shown hiding 100 calories.

Built for the disciplined

Whether you're cutting, bulking, or just curious, the tool respects your intelligence. Raw data, clear hierarchy, zero filler — decide for yourself what to do with it.

What this site actually is

Nutrition Calc is an information website. No accounts, no food tracking app, no diet plan to sign up for. You pick a restaurant, build the order you were going to place anyway, and see what it adds up to.

Why it exists

Most brands do publish their nutrition data, usually as a long PDF or a table nobody wants to read on a phone in a queue. The numbers are there, but they are locked in a format that makes comparing two orders harder than it should be. We take those published documents and turn them into something you can tap through in under a minute.

What we cover today

Live calculators are online for 4 brands: Subway, Zaxby's, Chipotle, Hardee's. Each one carries that brand's own categories, serving sizes and item names, rather than a generic list we rewrote. More brands are being added, and every logo on the homepage is a calculator already in the pipeline.

How a calculator is built

We start from the brand's current published nutrition document, enter every item it lists, and keep the values exactly as published. The calculator then does plain arithmetic: your selections times your quantities. Nothing is modelled or guessed by us, which is why a total is only ever as good as the source document behind it.

Sources, and where we can be wrong

All figures come from official brand nutrition documents, brand websites and other publicly available data. That process is not perfect. Numbers can be entered wrong, source documents can carry typos, menus change without notice, and portion sizes vary between locations and visits. Treat everything here as an estimate, check the brand's own current information before you rely on it, and tell us when something looks off so we can fix it.

Independent, and staying that way

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any restaurant chain on this site. No brand pays for coverage, reviews a page before it goes live, or has any say in what a number says. Brand names and logos belong to their owners and appear here only to identify the menus being discussed.

Who it is for

People counting protein, people counting calories, people managing sodium, and people who are simply curious what a favourite order really costs. None of this is medical or dietary advice. For anything tied to a health condition, an allergy or a specific target, talk to a doctor or a registered dietitian.
